WhatsApp Voice Note Bookings allow passengers to request a ride the same way they already communicate with friends and family — by speaking.


When a passenger sends a voice note to your WhatsApp number, our WhatsApp taxibot automatically processes the message and turns it into a structured booking request.


From there, your system handles it just like any other booking.

How it works

When a voice note is received, our taxibot:

  • Transcribes the message in real time
  • Identifies the pickup location, destination, and requested time
  • Validates the journey using live mapping data
  • Sends a clear summary back to the passenger for confirmation

Once confirmed, the booking is passed directly into your dispatch system.
