With our new WhatsApp Flow Optimization, we’ve removed confirmation steps for both pickup and destination.
Now, passengers can simply say what they want in a single message:
“Pick me up here, drop me there.” or vice versa.
Our AI understands the intent instantly, skipping the confirmations, interruptions, and extra steps, that ultimately lead to customers dropping off mid conversation.

How it works
When a passenger sends a booking message:
- Our AI processes the request in real time
- Pickup and destination are automatically identified
- The journey is validated and structured in the background
- The booking is sent directly to your dispatch system upon confirmation
Everything happens in one continuous flow, without forcing the passenger to pause and confirm every detail.
